Requirements
General
- Provide past employment history
- Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- Must provide the proper documentation for I-9 purposes to be Employment Authorization thru E-Verify
Driver Criteria
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License in the state you live in.
- Must be 21 years of age
- 1 year of experience
No serious moving violation in last 3 years:
- Following too close
- Improper or Erratic Lane Change
- Speeding 15 +
- Careless or Reckless Driving
No serious preventable accident in last 3 years:
- Rollover, lane change, rear end, loss of control, run under
No serious moving violation in last 3 years:
No more than 2 minor preventable accidents in last 3 years
No more than 2 minor moving violations in last 3 years
No more than 3 minor preventable accidents and minor violations combined in last 3 years
Acceptable PSP, acceptable MVR
Clear record in FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
